How To Enter

Eligibility: Work must have been produced by creative firms and in-house creative departments in the Greater Seattle area or created for companies headquartered in the Greater Seattle area. The work must have been published, posted or aired for the first time between February 1, 2007 and September 30, 2008. Work previously submitted to the Seattle Show is not eligible. Incomplete entries may be disqualified.

The Seattle Show’s purpose is to recognize and reward creative excellence in the legitimate, everyday workplace of the design, interactive, and advertising fields.

This means the Show only wishes to honor real work done for real clients with real marketing objectives. On occasion, work is entered that exists outside those boundaries, created solely for the purpose of winning an award, rather than satisfying a legitimate client’s needs. These types of entries are not permitted in the Seattle Show (except in the specific case of projects entered in special categories for unpublished work), and may be disqualified at the discretion of the judges if they feel the work does not appear to be legitimate.

Entry Instructions:

  1. Click “Enter Your Work” and register with your e-mail address. After registering, you will see a list of judging categories. Click on a category to enter work into that category.

  2. For each piece you enter, you’ll be instructed to type in the title and creative credits for your entries. It is essential that this information is correct as it will be used verbatim for all printed credits.

  3. After entering all of your work, go to the “View/Edit/Print Entries” page and print out tags for all of your pieces. Follow the instructions on the tags for mounting them to your entries.

  4. When you are ready to send in your work, go to the “Print Final Receipt” page and print two copies of the invoice to send in with your receipt and check. Your total entry fee will be calculated automatically at the bottom of the invoice.
